Questions about pricing
Do signers need to pay or create an account?
No. Only the person who sends a Signing Request needs an account. Signers open the link and sign.
What counts as a Signing Request?
One request you send for signature, whatever the number of signers in it.
What if I send more than my plan includes?
Each extra Signing Request is charged at your plan's price per request and added to your next invoice. On Free, you upgrade to send more.
What does one company account mean?
On Team, everyone sends from one company account. An admin adds and removes senders, and the company gets one invoice for all of them. Team starts at 3 seats.
Is the yearly discount also on extra Signing Requests?
No. Yearly billing makes the plan cheaper. Extra Signing Requests cost the same on monthly and yearly billing.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Are prices with or without VAT?
Prices are without VAT. VAT is added according to where your business is.
Where is my data stored?
On Google Cloud in Frankfurt, Germany.
