This policy explains which cookies the SndSign website and app use, what they do, how long they are kept, and how you choose.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Your browser's local storage works in a similar way, so this policy covers it too. Some cookies are needed for a site to work. Others are optional, and we only use them if you agree.
2. On this website
Two necessary cookies keep the website running and remember your choice. Analytics cookies are off until you accept them; we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people find us, so we can improve the website. Google Analytics doesn't store your full IP address.

3. In the SndSign app
When you sign in to SndSign, or open a Signing Request as a signer, the app sets only the cookies it needs to work. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and signing pages never load trackers.

The app also keeps the language you chose and which tips you have already seen in your browser's local storage, until you clear it.
4. Marketing cookies
We don't use marketing or advertising cookies, on this website or in the app.
5. Your choice
On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing optional is set before you choose. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw, we stop Google Analytics and delete its cookies. We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if we add a new kind of cookie.
The app's cookies can't be switched off, because it can't work without them. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings; you then need to sign in again.
6. Changes
When we add or change cookies, we update this policy and the date above. If we add a new kind of cookie, we ask you again.
